June 4, 2021 Friday morning
Good morning! Brian caught a video of Steve that we sent to Debby his angel therapist which clearly showed neurological progress! Big Praise! His White blood cell count is coming down a bit from yesterday which is a Praise! He is still on blood pressure meds to keep his bp up, but, it is significantly lower than the day before, another Big praise! They did need meds to bring down his heart rate again and with that med, it is in normal range. We need prayers that his heart rate and BP stay solid because he needs to have dialysis today.
I found this psalm that Steve had taken a screen shot of this morning. Psalm 34:18-19. It says all through the Bible that we should expect trials and afflictions, and to know that The Lord is with us through them and delivers us. It brings me comfort these verses and the testimonies of others who have gone through trials. We have pictures of how things should turn out, but God knows the entire plan that we are just a piece of. His thoughts are higher as are His ways. We see the tangled mess going on in our lives, but when we flip over the tapestry, we see the beautiful picture that He is creating. I trust in that. He has seen us through so many really hard times, losses and triumphs. Looking back, we see the beauty He creates from the ashes.

- Jeannine Santo ZupoContinued prayers as you navigate this journey. So happy Brian is there. I remember Debbie always wanted a second ear at her appointments- because it was all so hard to digest and understand- that second person helps put it into perspective when it all sounds like jumble in the brain. That’s how the yellow car story all came together- during her radiation appointment. I’ll share (again) some day. 💛 Unbelievable how God works to show his love, and those big and small signs and wonders. Those god winks get us through. Praise him for never leaving your sides. Continued prayers for all those specific requests.6/5/21
- Fine HeartMy grandmother read this poem to me a lot when I was a little girl. Your post reminded me of it. Thank you. The Weaver My Life is but a weaving between my Lord and me; I cannot choose the colours He worketh steadily. Oft times He weaveth sorrow, And I, in foolish pride, Forget He sees the upper, And I the underside. Not till the loom is silent, And the shuttles cease to fly, Shall God unroll the canvas, And explain the reason why. The dark threads are as needful, In the Weaver's skilful hand, as the threads of gold and silver, in the pattern He has planned.6/4/21
