Early this morning, there were no new updates, holding steady, resting and healing nicely. Praise God!
 1030am, I chatted with the day nurse, he said that the oxygen part of the ventilator is still at 40%, but the pressure part, which was at 12 yesterday, is now at 8!!! Huge progress! A bit more lowering of a few things and then they will start breathing trials (not sure when this will be, all in God's perfect timing). Prayer direction is continued lung healing and for him to tolerate the changes in support and prep toward possible extubation of vent over the next few days and kidneys.  The Lord is so good and is holding us all. I will be reading your prayers, verses and comments to him today! Thank you!!!
